From the AI photos today, I think the Facade design of CT not bad actually. Maybe previous photo yet to finalized. So looks too simple. Anyways wait Chulk Kor to upload those photos

from the previous picture for the modal that posted by forumer, looks like just fence, not brick wall.

Block A1 have plenty to choose. I don't really remember A2 because I am interested in A1 which is facing the forest. Block A1 and A2 is 10 floors higher than the rest of the blocks, this is due to the natural land condition. I will opt for level 7 and onwards, i might have phobia living in high floor units, 10th floor of A1 = 20th floor or normal condo. This post has been edited by debbieyss: Jul 20 2013, 12:03 AM

Yea Block A1 stil have quite a number unit to choose, as it's the most expensive one especially facing North (KL). Ur forest reserved view means KL view right? If prefer KLcity view, then A1 North the best. If prefer Balakong/Golf/Lake view, then A2 South the best. go again tomorrow to understand more, weekend gonna be very packed (Aeon mah.) Good Lucks!

If my preferred units been sold off when I have finally decided, I'll go for other property options.

If my preferred units been sold off when I have finally decided, I'll go for other property options. well, u r right...for more than 550k price, got plenty of choices for subsale at good location such as bangsar,PJ,mont kiara, sentul with good rental yield, but of course ppl will say cloudtree design is better, high class and low dense, worth the money.... so the cloudtree will be good for own stay, if only the outcome is exactly like what modal and the picture show.........definitely not good rental play at this area and somemore deep inside...just worry later outcome not as "pretty" as shown in picture and modal, and no mood to stay uself, wan rent out also no market..then jialat la...
