Met agent and visited the site today, here's some extra info to add on to what's already been discussed:

A) block b1 b2 smaller units fully booked except top floor, where the price is almost same as block a mid units
Block A1 and A2 is open for booking, smaller units still available but I guess half booked

Kinda dissapointed I didn't act fast enough to book block b smaller unit which was my original target.

Only open for booking tru Chester SA.
No SalesGallery'Sales Office yet until July I guess.
Official Launch with all info wil be in September.

Yea different pricings for different blocks and different facings A1,A2, B1, B2
Just calculated.

Mine is 520psf (before rebates), B1 should be around 460psf+ (before rebates).Which means a substantial increase 15% in psf.
Wow that's so much. Hopefully the block A fittings, material, more facilities and landscapings could justify the higher psf~

I stil not sure how far the kl city view will be. I stick to my current booking A2, facing the balakong. And found out I might able see my company from balcony (if no blocking) haha.

I think both units are fine actually. Maybe u can see more landed houses by mahajaya from unit 2 balcony whereas more forest greenery of left from balcony unit 1?
Better book it fast otherwise u'll be late to hav the option to choose.

I was chosen unit B1 unit 2. Same reason of u. But A1 unit 1 got better view. So might think wisely.
What is the reason u hate the direct sunray from west? Feng Shui or Hot?

If your concern is the evening sun, then get the unit 2.

Unit 3 is the bigger unit right? Coz in B1 unit 3 is the bigger 1.

All 7 blocks of DreamCity facing the South lake & facing west..
Now I know why they not using glass balcony railing!!! glass sure make it even hotter and "pecah"~

According to Chulk kor, the balcony is  1.2 meters x 6.6 meters (Does it applies to all the units from Block A and B)? All the same?
1.2 meters x 6.6 meters = 21feets...

Should be same as dreamCity showunit 1100sf.

Prefer facing Lake/Golf view (if really can see nicely la)
Prefer higher ground, better fittings than B2, choose the best since it might for ownstay
Not choosing KL view as many said the Kl view might too far (Not sure)
Unit 3, as dont want 3A as Unit No...

Cheras not necessary falls under KL address.   

Site is accessible from the side road near water reservoir. But you'll need to walk quite a distance thru construction site to get to the actual location.

To reply you:-

a) Chose A2 bcos B1/B2 fully booked 
b) Might be for ownstay, so considered that as well
c) Went for KL view anyway, if cant see actual city at least can see city glow

b) Yes. same here. many factors to consider in future. Who knows. Just buy the better unit according to own preference. not because cheapcheap then buy.
c) KL View is good, but if A2 facing north (KL), part of view wil be blocked by A1? as distance between B1B2 is farther than A1A2  (the gap). Correct me if im wrong
