Horizontal with Longer Width shorter depth. (Bigger balcony n spacious living room).  vice versa for standard vertical type.

It really depends on the pet owners. But mostly pet lovers ive seen wil be responsible for the pets shit/pee. Most of them wil clean it immediately. Only few ppl are inconsiderate and they better dont get a pet if dont know what is responsible or respect to others. 

I think a petzone or park for pet is necessary, maybe they can fix a small park specifically for pets only.  Not next to swimmin pool ofcuz. Haha

I've booked it early mid of june, not considered earliest. And the Block A just open for booking.
SA told me there are differences between Block A & B in terms of fittings, skygarden, privacy and higher ground.
that's why I've chosen block A as might plan for own stay.
If purely investment, i guess wil just buy the Block B due its low entry price.

Scalemodel didnt show much on the SkyGardens. Hopefully the larger scale models would have more details on the skygardens.
