Give a call to any of the numbers on the developers site. However be adviced that most of the small units have already been booked, leaving the larger units/higher floors only available, I booked mine 3 weeks ago & even then Block B small units were fully booked up

There is no sales office per se as the project is not launched. Chester is their agent at the moment promoting the project & taking bookings.

Booking fee is refundable with a RM500 deduction if you withdraw

Met the SA few weeks back.
He said they don't have AP to do A&P yet so everything has to be underwater for the time being.
Even so most of it has been sold only left block A1 and A2.
Booking is refundable.
Prices should be at least 688k now for the 1200sqft 3r2b, my friend just booked this week.

I booked 1270sqft, block A1 mid floor , missed the boat on Block B by the time I managed to meet SA to make my booking.

Although there is a possibility of some of the bookings being cancelled later on, we can't be sure if the 8% disc will still be applied, or if they decide to increase the price once launched.

basically there are A1, A2, B1, B2, C.
all are same layout except C.
A1 is highest on the hill so its the most expensive.
B1 and B2 sold out.
Because all except C have same layout those that bought B1/B2 will earn more when selling the house later on.
Now A1/A2 prices close to 700k already and its still pre-sales period 
When developer get the AP i dunno shoot up how much then when completed with key how much, lets say 850k.
Huge difference from buyers of A1/A2 now

If you look at the pic on the 1st page, A1 is the left most followed by A2, middle are B1/B2, & at the end oriented perpendicular is C

A1/A2 are on higher ground (around 3-4 floors higher than same level B1/B2), have their own infinity pool facing the reserve forest/golf course, and skygardens on each blocks roof.

B1/B2 & C will share their own common pool

Other facillities will be concentrated in the middle area next to the townhouses

Just another point to note, block C has not actually been even "unnofficially" announced yet. Not sure if construction will be later or simultaneous

sometimes i wonder is this really hot sale or not, because actually still quite a number of units put on sale...just wait few days, always will have some units previously booked by other ppl and then agent come back to you say booking cancel..haha...sounds like a marketing trick for me...

As i remember, the room is next to stairs, not rubbish room. The room should be the same size as ur masterbedroom, either rent out or use it as ur study room.

what i mean is, when you open your unit main door from inside, will you directly see the main door entrance for your opposite unit? if yes, then is not too good because not so privacy oledy........

ok, so mean that when u come out from your unit, and your opposite neightbour also come out at same time, you will face her directly, right?

because if u look at this developer previous project 1 sentul condo, the unit design is very nice and privacy, when you stand at your main entrance for your unit, you will not see any othe runit main entrance in front of u.

no la, just opinion only, because i think developer can something better design

have u been to mont kiara aman condo, also 4 units per floor, and there is no any unit main door directly opposite to u,

so when u change ur shoes ah at ur main entrance, of just wear underwear sweep the floor at your main entrance, there is no chance for other ppl look at u..... ...

that's i call more privacy...

Yes renovation for landed is killing, I heard my bro borrow bankloan (huge amount) to renovate his house! goodlucks then. I dont wanna have too much burdens for myself.

Hmm never stay in Condo before, believe the security would be strict.
Currently stay in Landed with G&G, the G&G is useless! they can just simply lets visitor/stranger enter without checking their ID/Purpose/Whom to visit.
they just check it randomly and without recording them or take their Ic/License.

i believe they will feel unhappy when they found out their neighbor have dogs.
and every day when they wait for the lift there is a dog inside the lift.
