Sorry ya, I see a list of buyers, may I know if all of you called the developer to book a unit? I haven't seen any launching yet.

I have registered myself but I don't receive any response nor phone calls.

Should I go to the sales office to book a unit?

Is the booking fee refundable?

Also, what is the price?

So how many blocks are there in total? I saw the master plan at their website but don't know which block is which.

I would prefer either A1 or A2. The swimming pool of A1 & A2 is facing the forest and golf course, it must be very very cooling in the morning! drool.gif

Block A1 have plenty to choose. I don't really remember A2 because I am interested in A1 which is facing the forest.

Block A1 and A2 is 10 floors higher than the rest of the blocks, this is due to the natural land condition. I will opt for level 7 and onwards, i might have phobia living in high floor units, 10th floor of A1 = 20th floor or normal condo. rclxub.gif

I told the Sales Agent (SA) that I will take at least 1 day time to consider. I'm not buying vege anyway. If my preferred units been sold off when I have finally decided, I'll go for other property options.

Initially i wanted a bigger unit, but I feel like the bigger unit (15xx sf) has quite a weird design - there is a room right beside the main door. Somemore big unit will locate beside the rubbish room.

There is a wall right in front of the main door, so when you open your door and look out to your neighbor, and if your neighbor's main door is also opened, you can only see your neighbor's wall, not the living room.

sorry, just to discuss a bit:

for RM600K and above in Cheras area, shouldn't we buy a landed instead of a condo?

I really love a unit facing greenery view, considering Cloud Tree and Casa Tropicana, but when I think of Cloud Tree (RM600k+ per unit), I was like.... it's enough to go for a landed maybe?

Honestly, I don't quite like to have MRT station so near to my house; it will be very dusty. CT is greenery and forest and nice landscape with fresh air, MRT railway will spoil the whole thing... sad.gif
