she submitted on 7/1 and received a call from cs 3 days later. then cc ready for collection at branch on 21/1.

you may try to call the pic who follow up your application whether it's successful and can be collected. my wife also didn't receive any call from them.

you can do this of course. but remember to only use it at the automated fuel dispenser. so just choose the petrol station with less staffs hanging around outside.

usually (for any bank) the maximum use for the same cc (no matter how many times you change to different petrol station) is 3 times. it will be declined the fourth time you use it. and for certain bank, a bank staff will call you to confirm whether it's you who using it at x station and whether the cc still with you for security purpose.
