basically, i've planned to get a unit in R2 for weekend home due to infra upgrade in progress (was positive sign at that time).
I think was 4 to 5 years back , if not mistaken.
after few months down the road, the infrastructure upgrade not in progress or not moving, then i decided drop off this.

I rather buy Bandar Country Homes sub sale house, at least it is easier to rent and the chances of the property appreciate is higher. The attention in Rawang now in Bandar Country Homes, look at the surroundings of AEON and you will know.

MR1 n MR2 are GG. For own stay ok, for investment, definitely bad idea.

I bought one. My family enjoying the place and many people moving in is attending the new international school at Bandar Tasik Putri. I cannot say regret on buying, more to regret on it is strata and the lack of competent person running the area at the moment.

Wow this thread full of criticism on M1 M2, tmr I'll visit and see how bad it is...
I went to M1 (or M2) once, my only impression is the road conditions are so bad and very frustrating, and it's really located inside middle or nowhere.

and some forumers praise county homes, might take a look as well..

Got a house in Bandar country homes and had been staying there since late 2017... since working in KL area, need to travel almost 2 hours every time. but during MCO, I had been working from home for most of the time

perhaps will get another unit in kl in the future even though I will likely continue to work from home after this.

rawang good for stay and if you are working at nearby area or up to kepong. if you work further away and ok with the time used to travel, ok la... infrastructure wise, still a lot of areas that can be improved

From 473k, sold at 531k.
Slightly higher than last month reserve price as usual.
