latest news from sa, in the future, the road at the end of mr2 will connect to tan&tan's semi-d developments which will then connect to anggun 3 and can exit via a road next to caltex...

yup, I think the land parcel on the right of anggun 3 is the tan&tan's project. There are some news in other threads. Not too sure how big or what is the type of developments they r planning....

anyway, this is all hearsay from the SA. Even if it really materialize, it will be 5-6 years before we can see anything.

approved adi, letter offer oso sign adi... actually, made appointment with the lawyer to sign at sales gallery last weekend. Then go all da way there, when I reached, they said they dun hv da docs for me to sign ==!!! Say will reschedule but till now they din call me... lawyer is GYC... really beh tahan these lawyers...

btw, how dud u all know bout da deadline? i wasn't informed of that...

i didn't get any emails, but i dun remember if i gv them my email address o not... but i did get a physical letter dated 16th aug, say hv to sign within 7 days. but when i got it, it's already the 6th day ==!!!

the worst thing is, da guy who call me wasn't even there on that day n his poor colleague looked so confused n hv to explain on his behalf... i really wanna #%#@%?! him...

I remember seeing new property developments advertising as one of their selling points that it will be "fibre optic/internet ready" or sumthing, meaning to say, all that wiring and cables are built in already. the owners just need to apply for an account and log on... but din see it in M2. No internet cannot work leh...

just curious, usually landed properties need only 2 years to complete, but why m residence 2 need 3 years. I remember my SA said it's becos it's g&g. But how does that justify the additional year?

can anybody pls enlighten me?

i tot the guard house will b constructed at the same time as the houses? e.g. for m1, the clubhouse is completed even before the houses r ready...
