check out the map. between Jln Kundang - Anggun 3, it's a land parcel which i think will be use for development.

No. Not all phases.

I mean the clubhouse and facilities must be complete together with the Phase 1 as this is strata title and it was mentioned in the DMC.

Phase 2 can complete later as it was launched later and where after 3 years of Phase 2 completion, the clubhouse and facilities already up sometime dy.

Individual title township is different, dev can complete Phase 1 or 2 first then only build clubhouse unless they market it together with the Phase 1 & 2 launched or else kena bash by earlier batch of owner.

Any chances we can have a group request for upgrades packages for tiles? Normally developer can upgrades packages for power points, window types etc ... I don't see why there's a problem with tiles since mr2 is still in its early stage.

2x2 tiles is pretty much the standard nowadays ... 1x1 gives the space a small feeling and cheap. For investment purpose, it definitely gives you the best bang for buck as u can flip @ better price/easier. For own stayer can save more job/hassle of renovation.
