I don't understand the relevance of your statement. It is not the number of contractors that matter. It's the quality that is important. I rather hv the developer appoint a few good contractors than to appoint 100 shoddy contractors, even if it come with a higher costs and slower pace.

In terms of access road, LY is the one building the interchange bcos it's entire project is dependent on it. If they don't do it, the entire project is going to die.

First of all, being able to appoint multiple contractors doesn't necessarily mean that they will give u good products. As a buyer, I would rather focus on quality than turnaround time because I definitely do not want to spend tonnes of money for repair work later on.

U claimed that u understand the company well, but how come u don't know that Mah Sing is building an interchange in Southville City to connect to Plus highway?

And lastly, being a purchaser of MR2 doesn't make u fair...

To accuse somebody as bias when you cannot argue further is also a sign of being non-receptive to criticsm.

If you read back wat i said earlier, I have never in any way protected MR2 or Mah Sing. It is your way of justifying your accusations towards certain parties that I don't agree with.

hi,

hv anybody heard about the news that somebody is setting up 2 teenagers rehabilitation centres @ MR1?

What I want to know is if this is even allowed under g&g or f&g housing schemes such as mr1 & mr2. I surely do not want this in MR2.

Any experts who can give their opinions here?

There are some disputes on the land and court cases which is ongoing. So the work on the exit has been stooped temporarily... Not sure yet when it will resume...

" the Latar interchange from BTP joining to the Latar expressway is awarded to the concessionaire of Latar, that is KLKSE. They are responsible for the construction and completion of the interchange (a turnkey contract). We were informed by them that there is a slight delay due to the land matter, and they are resolving this matter together with the Malaysian Highway Authority. We wish to reiterate that the interchange will definitely be completed as BTP has already invested very substantially and are fully committed to the successful completion of the interchange. We will keep all members posted of any new developments."

Why does it matter which one launch first? If u r staying there, I think you would be relieved to know that the construction works in that area will be completed first, rather than later... Or else everyday need to pass by construction site... N will be more dusty also... The sooner they complete, the sooner we can get rid of the construction vehicles, the sooner residents can move in, the higher chance Telekom's Unifi will consider coming into the area!!!
