QUOTE(keponggangster @ Nov 19 2014, 11:09 PM) Yea man, typically china pek company wan $ fast but only appoint lesser contractors to do the work. I don't understand the relevance of your statement. It is not the number of contractors that matter. It's the quality that is important. I rather hv the developer appoint a few good contractors than to appoint 100 shoddy contractors, even if it come with a higher costs and slower pace. Hence, forever kenot compete with big boys like gamuda, sp setia and ijm. Even access road also gotta rely on the mercy of LYG of tasik puttering In terms of access road, LY is the one building the interchange bcos it's entire project is dependent on it. If they don't do it, the entire project is going to die. |

QUOTE(keponggangster @ Nov 21 2014, 11:04 AM) My statement is relevant if you understand the industry/company well. For some people, it is all about turnaround time and efficiency but less concern on the quality. First of all, being able to appoint multiple contractors doesn't necessarily mean that they will give u good products. As a buyer, I would rather focus on quality than turnaround time because I definitely do not want to spend tonnes of money for repair work later on. Larger developers have the financial muscle to appoint multi-contractors to contruct a single township. Hence, the progress of diff rows will be about the same timing. If u follow this developer, you will notice they hv never built a large and sustainable access road. They will always ride on others and build their township alongside others' access road. To be fair, I am a purchaser of MR2 too. U claimed that u understand the company well, but how come u don't know that Mah Sing is building an interchange in Southville City to connect to Plus highway? And lastly, being a purchaser of MR2 doesn't make u fair... |

QUOTE(keponggangster @ Nov 22 2014, 07:54 PM) Yes, for biased people it is waste of my time to share opinion. Forum is for healthy discussion and a venue to suggest constructive ideas. Being too protective about own purchase or vested interest or own master does really reflect shallowness of oneself. Healthy discussion can only happen when participants discussed ideas supported with well-researched facts.... and not being misled by emotions and go on to blast or accuse somebody else without any proof... Anyway, I admit I missed out the south ville interchange. "To be fair..." Is an English phase, doesn't mean make me fair, ok? Pls refer to urbandictionary Good luck for being biased n not receptive of critics To accuse somebody as bias when you cannot argue further is also a sign of being non-receptive to criticsm. If you read back wat i said earlier, I have never in any way protected MR2 or Mah Sing. It is your way of justifying your accusations towards certain parties that I don't agree with. Peace |

hi,
hv anybody heard about the news that somebody is setting up 2 teenagers rehabilitation centres @ MR1? What I want to know is if this is even allowed under g&g or f&g housing schemes such as mr1 & mr2. I surely do not want this in MR2. Any experts who can give their opinions here? see this link here... https://www.facebook.com/mresidencer This post has been edited by asil66: Mar 10 2015, 12:01 AM |

QUOTE(Deathscythe@@ @ Mar 20 2015, 02:59 PM) Anyone notice there is a T&C for referral bonus? I thought the referral form was submitted there and then at the time of signing s&p?So, as long as referral form submitted and comply the T&C, we are entitled for the bonus. This is the clause highlighted to me by SA (Clause 4) that he said a lot did not follow. So, do take note. |

" the Latar interchange from BTP joining to the Latar expressway is awarded to the concessionaire of Latar, that is KLKSE. They are responsible for the construction and completion of the interchange (a turnkey contract). We were informed by them that there is a slight delay due to the land matter, and they are resolving this matter together with the Malaysian Highway Authority. We wish to reiterate that the interchange will definitely be completed as BTP has already invested very substantially and are fully committed to the successful completion of the interchange. We will keep all members posted of any new developments."
https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3325097/+1300 That's their reply from the previous Bandar Tasik Puteri thread... If I am not mistaken, the hearing for the court case was on 2 April 2015. Not sure wat's da outcome This post has been edited by asil66: Apr 12 2015, 11:38 PM |

These affordable high-rise residential blocks will be equipped with amenities and facilities within a gated and guarded community. The development will create a neighbouring recreational space complete with a communal playground, Surau, as well as a multipurpose hall for the residents. The project is targeted for completion by 2018. -
See more at: http://www.iproperty.com.my/news/10171/mah...h.SFPExomk.dpuf Is this referring to the amenities at our club house? |

QUOTE(blibala @ May 20 2015, 09:50 PM) Why does it matter which one launch first? If u r staying there, I think you would be relieved to know that the construction works in that area will be completed first, rather than later... Or else everyday need to pass by construction site... N will be more dusty also... The sooner they complete, the sooner we can get rid of the construction vehicles, the sooner residents can move in, the higher chance Telekom's Unifi will consider coming into the area!!! |

QUOTE(blibala @ May 24 2015, 07:23 PM) That is why i'm so against this apartment. Such a beautiful township need to include such a low cost thing. and somemore it is so high density. Use the land to build school and other amenities is better always better idea isn't it compulsory for developers to include some low cost housing in all their new townships nowadays? it's not just mr2.... i see the same thing happening with other developments from other developers as well... correct me if i m wrong...This post has been edited by asil66: May 24 2015, 11:18 PM |
