1. Semi D Cluster: 42A, Jalan MR 2/11, Taman M-Residensi 2  Sold at RM692,600 yesterday. Single bidder won at reserve price. 2. 2 Storey Terrace House: 38, Jalan MR 2/19, Taman M-Residensi 2  Sold at 385k today. Bidded up from reserve price of RM356,400. |

this M residence project is a trash
is good if you buy to stay but if u buy to invest go die faster my fren buying m2 at 710k now only can sell 400-500k he cry now with no tears |
