this M residence project is a trash
is good if you buy to stay
but if u buy to invest go die faster

my fren buying m2 at 710k
now only can sell 400-500k
he cry now with no tears

is the developer
m1 havent complete sell finish
go m2 then m3 m4 m5

new phase is cheaper than older phase

710k is cluster semi D price. You see above lelong price also sold in RM692k... So subsale become 4xxk?
4xxk should be double storey link house lah.
