Hi All

I'm moving in to Caspia soon and planning to install Solar Water Heater. Now, I'm just curious about the water pressure at M-Residence 2 area, so I do need to install a water booster pump?

Water pressure not so strong at 1st floor. Ground floor is okay. But advisable to get ready booster pump flr convenience

if not mistaken, if install water pump can cause plastic piping crack and leaking in long term as Water pump is increasing flow, the water pressure will increasing as well, therefore the plastic piping cannot cope the water pressure.
suggest should get Water Heater Built-In Booster Pump

Our pipe is pn12.5 rating. No problem with the pressure. Leaking is due to ms poor workmanship

My Taman is 3 storey house and using pn12.5 rating. so what!
my neighbor have installed the water pump same situation like you guys, a few years later, internal pipe leaking

Now pn12.5 is nothing.
Theoretically is ok but in practical not really.

I am moving in to Caspia soon. Was not informed about the maintenance fee. Bought the last unit of Caspia from developer (according to them anyways). I have a few questions:-

What does maintenance fee is about?
Does it apply to Caspia as well?
Is this fee forever?
What happen if i dont pay it?
When is the expected date of school to be completed? Is it SJK©? (Masterplan got land for school)
Is this bumi based area? Because I see land for surau is in the masterplan.

Sorry first time home buyer from kampong here biggrin.gif

MR2 is strata title. Maintenance fee is compulsory. the maintenance fee cover all aspects of upkeeping of the taman.
however since the club house is NOT part of DMC, it should be stand alone facilities. I don't think paying for club house is compulsory.
Yes the maintenance fee is forever until and unless you sold the property.
Please read up strata title act. the management has the right to block yr vehicle access, and declare you bankrupt and put yr house up for lelong, worst case scenario.

school and all not dmc. Also for project that having under 1000units of landed, school allocation is not compulsory.

all landed development of certain size needs to provide surau. I think the surau is within the club house, if not mistaken.

as for mosque, I am not sure.

bandar tasik puteri is majority malays. MR2 side is a no man made before but safe to say, quite a sizeable malay community, but within MR2, its majority Chinese I believe.

most of the residences consider high priority on shower site instead of bib tap/basin
if really need bigger water pressure for all at first floor, perhaps you may get your piping expert advise on which type of water pump suite at your unit usage.

Nolah bro
My advise is
if insists want to install the water pump cater for whole upper floor (which is not recommended - means can cause internal pipe leaking in long term), pls get the piping expert to assists.
but the best solutions get the Water heater with booster pump (shower site - high priority) then internal piping is working fine in long term.

all my landed that I lived in (3 in total) suffered pipe bocor within 3 yrs.

maybe blame it on the inferior quality of plastic pipe or earth movement.
