Check out the actual price, actual layout, masterplan of the phase and actual site, then you can call it a good deal.

If we solely based on land foot, no doubt it was worthy.

I booked an unit too.. MR2 is great in term of concept and design.

I only have 2 friends who bought MR2 for own stay, while the rest all investment.

I see most of the early buyers were buyer for investment instead of own stay. Not sure about the late buyers.

But nowadays, we will be rarely seen any new development ( esp landed with more than 300 units at the same time ) can reach the 50% occupancy within first year.

No doubt, we need to give it some time for people to move in... but hopefully more people can move in the soonest possible... the more the merrier! biggrin.gif

I guess the proper planning of MR2, the concept of G&G and the landscape is able to convince most of the home buyers to move in for own stay sooner rather than later.

Most people dislike being the first to move in due to too quiet, fear of break in and multiple units under renovation and caused hazard and noise. With G&G, it is much proper way of safety and mind set.

Yes, the more the merrier.

I am also one of the people that, will not move in to any new house, where the occupancy is not yet reach min 40% or none of my neighbour has moved in. lol.

I booked a A2 Unit as well. But, thinking to change to Corner Lot or End Lot.
Any suggestion?

A1 Design is very nice.
