Not fuel efficient..it consumes like a 2L NA..bout 10l/100km or 20cents per km..can even go up to 11-12L/100km..but then u save on the car price la
Its about 30 to 40k cheaper than a civic/altis/civic hybrid..so the savinga use to pump petrol lor...

Hey guys. My name's Deep, fresh meat here. Am planning to get the Preve CFE in June/July.
Any news if the facelift model gonna be out soon? If so, i wont book too early.

Also, might it be priced a lot more?
Thanks in advance!

i think you need to read more on CVT.
Flat road with light throttle can already reach 7th gear at around 70kmh.
keep in mind that the 7th "gear" is simulated when using manual mode, CVT has variable ratios.
when in D-mode it's always adjusting the "gears" based on load and speed.

erm....i'm talking about travelling uphill...so, i dont quite understand your statement "CFE no able to deliver power to 6-7th gear?"
not sure what u read/understand from my post, i said it wont have poweful enough acceleration to move ur car uphill, assuming at that time the gear is in 5th gear.

depends on what kind of city drive...
like my city drive...4km drive need 15-20 minutes....fc damn bad ...avg around 20-22...

for those that want fuel efficient in city drive...stay away from this car...
but...
for those that want 220km/h on highway, u are welcome to buy this car..(those that travel alot)

Auto CPS also can do better than CFE which supposed to have a better FC due to healthy power to weight ratio and multi gear CVT.
Let see if the hatchback comes with manual transmission CFE. Wish it has a bigger wheel arches to accommodate 17".

Ya cfe is about 100kg heavier than cps but in return u get much safer car...esc, ebd, 4 airbags and a more solid chasis in cfe..so i think the higher fuel consumption is justifiable within proton standards la..anyway proton cars are never known to be fuel efficient in the first place

Not to mentioned the better handling and more composed ride of Preve. I am looking forward to the hatchback CFE manual (if any)...

and then they said they solve it for me. and when i take my car, i still can see the cover look loose to me. even touch with one finger i can feel the cover is not properly placed. it really looks like properly placed (like the picture), but not when u touch it..it loose.
since the times is already afternoon. and hv many thing to do, so i just left it first, and plan to go again this monday.

fyi, this is my 3 times complain about this, and yesterday also i already alert them to check wheather got screw or not. but look like they didnt do what i ask to do.

got 4 lubang no screw..only got at the middle cover right and left..
this monday will go again and if they dont want to do it.i just ask them 4 pieces of screw..screww them. i Do it myself better. mad.gif
