light bulb burnt, hmm what can cause that?
mine till now, touch wood, still ok. next month 1y.o.
i didn't do engine wash, no modification to the wiring, no change of bulb.

1. engine wash causing short circuit?
2. modification to the wiring?
3. powerful battery?
4. purely due to poor QC?

mine no wash engine, no wiring mods, yet still burnt the bulb twice...
got VS installed on your car or not?
or any grounding cable?
or anything else like new battery?

no VS no grounding cable... mine have been stock from day 1.

same car...only different in manufacturing year.
er...maybe the 2012 model has depreciate in value more than 2013 model.

Drove a Preve just now, how do you turn off the engine actually? I pressed the Start/Stop engine button but it didn't shut off?

Set gear at P, pull brake, release foot brake and press yhe button and not hold the button. If it doesnt shuts down, means something is wrong.

Lol that's funny... because I pressed a few times then only it went off. So what would you do if the engine won't shut down at all?

My Preve stock too from day one. Yesterday night left side bulb rip liao after 14 months. After ward got to find new bulb. Seem the ori bulb not very bright. Any idea how many watts is the ori? And how many watts I need to buy to make brighter but not whiter? Thanks guys and have a nice weekend.

guys. preve is a heavy car. heavier than civic and corolla. (im comparing within the same class)

do you have any idea on how to reduce it's weight? reducing weight will help in saving fuel and faster launch. i did remap the ecu and feel better, however still im thinking of reducing it's weight.

is it possible? what can be done?

remove spare tayar
remove rear seats
remove passenger seat
remove boot tray
remove sound insulation
reduce own body mass.

Lighter alloy/wheels. Remove non-car related stuff from the car like carrier bag.

Other than that, must start remove stuff. Spare wheel. Spoiler accessory. If want to remove more weight must be prepared to go rally style with seats, ICE, airbag, carpets etc

Or maybe the preve hatchback is lighter?
