QUOTE(CHARISMA12 @ Apr 30 2013, 06:53 PM) Hi guys.. same as mine.odo is nearing 2k km.JUst realised some weird noise coming from the back of my car. . It sounds 'nyek' 'nyek' and is annoying my ride.. I suspect it to be metal part friction as its tone is quite high.. However I still can't identify where does the sound come from.. Is there anyone else facing the same problem as me?? the sound is really irritating.come lets make an official complaint by email to we care... QUOTE(rich8833 @ Apr 30 2013, 06:58 PM) Alone in the car, very hard to hear where exactly the sound from coming from..sometimes like from front under the engine, sometimes like from behind near the spring absorber there.. yes...same as mine too.i duno where it really coming from...QUOTE(allenultra @ May 1 2013, 09:46 PM) It has something to do with those welding spots. Metal plates kissing each other. i am lazy to do trial n error...coz i am not really good in this section. What I did to rectify the problem is to remove all rear seats, all the rear boot carpets. Then try to find the source of the nyit nyit sound. What I did with my car basically, is to find a screwdriver to wide the gap between the metal plate and try to drive the car again. Do it based on trial and error. Good luck if after re-installing and sound still coming back...i will be be in despair. anyone can really pinpoint the sound maker?a picture will help. but i will still lodge a complaint to we care. for servicing aircond i'd prefer do it at my regular aircond shop.
usually i opt just to change the compressor oil and add new gas.they use machine. since i have install cabin/aircond filter in the begining of owning my car. however for preve i never done it yet since my car only clock 3k km. |

QUOTE(deepkl @ Jun 10 2013, 06:39 PM) it is impossible to use safety tint on windscreen since windscreen is curvy and the tint is thicker.if u still insist, the tint might come off suddenly. QUOTE(excelint @ Jun 10 2013, 09:08 PM) i went to a shop to make the car plate on last saturday. bro, can share the shop name and location?i know the price is relatively more expensive there, but based on good review on LYN, i am willing to pay more to get better workmanship. when installing the car plate, i saw the malay/indo worker make a dirt on my car bonnet as shown picture. it is the blue marker pen ink! ok, may be he is just careless, just accidentally make it dirty. i am still considerate and tolerant on this one. i tried to remove the dirt blue mark, it is impossible to remove. after this he tried to clean with the thinner!! yes, clean by the thinner in those rectangular iron container (yes, the shape is like a retangular iron box, with outlet at top). this is totally unacceptable, i thought the professional car accessories shop should know better than me, how serious can the thinner damage the car paint!! i stopped him immediately, and told him i will clean up myself. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « i spent 2 hours to clean on the blue marker pen mark on my car bonnet with the liquid given by my car coating dealer. ok, i am still happy to have the new car plate. however, this morning when i open the bonnet, i saw these marker pen mark hide underneath as shown in picture. i really feel extremely disappointment because this is definitely marked on purpose, not by careless or accident. how can a reputable car accessories do thing like this? do this what we call good workmanship? he never intend to take care of the car at all! simply make measurement and draw with blue colour marker pen, dont even care to avoid mark on the car at all. looking at the mark, this is definitely not by accident or careless, but it is by "dont care" attitude, simply draw the line even it mark on the car also. may be he intend to clean it up with the thinner after the installation, but this is far far from what i understand on good workmanship lo. and how he intend to clean up is another big question mark, with the thinner in rectangular size iron container! » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « RM140 for 2 normal black car plate without frame, with simple crystal letter (i prefer JPJ compliant, no headache when see JPJ police), is definitely not a cheap price, but i am willing to pay to get better workmanship based on LYN member recommendation and comment. but seeing the workmanship and damage to my car, this is really an extremely regretful deal / paying a premier price to get more headache. all sifu, brother sister here, please advise how could i remove this blue colour marker line? it is at the edge, hard to clean up. it has been 2 days, i really worry it might suck in to the body already.. please advise.. it is the most heart-wrenching looking at my new car on the poor workmanship and the damage on the car. it hurt! thank you. |

QUOTE(imwhoiam @ Jul 8 2013, 10:47 AM) I'm going with the white one... when i test drive also the SA told me to push harder. i don't want to burden myself with heavy installment, that's why went for Preve instead of Inspira. From test driving with my SA... seems like i drive slow... he keeps telling me to floor the pedal... and haha... my right leg resisted that command... we even tried the zertohundred...but of coz i didnt full use the throttle. i am a heavy footer, it just take time to learn the preve throttle position... |

QUOTE(V12Kompressor @ Jul 12 2013, 06:19 PM) whats even more horrifying is after the turtled car being "unturtled", it doesn't have any sign of it being turtled before. might be amazing for passerby, i will be terrified for sure if i was the driver.wait, horrifying isn't the right word. Should be amazing. btw, my car color is elegant brown too.... |

QUOTE(metaled @ Jul 17 2013, 12:51 PM) Nope not really. The brake feel is not that nice to my liking. I need to step on my quite deep to feel the brake, maybe that is what they call not progressive enough ?? same as me, the brake is not to my liking.need to step quite deep then only can feel braking.just complaint yesterday when doin service, dunno wat they did but i tink its much better. my bro in law actually advise me to change the brake pad, maybe the OEM pad is too soft. Just to share, last tuesday morning, otw to work. a honda accord (i guess) straight smack my preve butt.inside my car i heard the smack kinda harsh... just very little scratch, nothing serious, but it leave a deep scratch in my heart. my 4 months ol preve has involve in an accident! fyi, i wasnt even emergency braking, just braking to slow down due to congested traffic ahead... |
