guess all of Preve owners also having this problem...no solution from Proton...Mat79 did explain something about this CVT issue, but since I tried with Inspira CVT without any problem, I just thought that Preve can have a workaround to solve this issue...

feel disappointed, some other problems starting to come out after few months, mainly noise problem which I think can DIY..the only thing I reluctant to accept is this engine die off when shifting from D<->R ...

My car also the same since day 1, 2nd press the check oil,check engine and battery signs still there...after start engine, then no more...i tot this suppose to be normal?? 

this is normal...
however, according to drex chan, an outside experience mechanic, probably u can make the battery sign disappear before starting engine by unscrew and screw back the battery terminal's screw...

Syntium 1000 15W50? That oil is too thick. Proton recommends 10W30. So it is better to use Syntium 800 10W30 semi compared to Syntium 1000 fully.

As a guide, use xW30 or xW40, either fully or semi. Personally I am using Syntium 5000 0W30 fully. 10,000km OCI (oil change interval)

which SC allow external engine oil in klang valley?

Anyone have taken out the proton pdi lulus and edar sticker at rear left window ?

Mine is 23xxx, Yes it 2012 model! The problem i facing is only:

- Braking helicopter sound (solve after changing disc rotor)
- Sluggish pickup (solve after ecu/tcu update)
- The rear door behind driver seat cant open from inside (solve after changing the latch)

The problem i have now is sometimes it crank for few second before it start but die of awhile after it started. I have this problem after changed to Petronas Fully Synthetic 10w 50. I swear will not ever use Petronas engine oil anymore as it really increase fc and sluggishness. I will buy my previous own engine oil on next service. Anyway my mileage is 7.5k. Hope this will help.

Actually what i wanted to ask is, how to make them to replace the disk brake rather than skimming ?

I wouldnt want them to skim because i just got the car last week, so that means the disc already warped before the car is given to me (manufacturing defect)...

since i start to use fully EO. dont want anymore semi oil. even i use 15W50 fully EO. already syiok than my last 10W40 semi EO

yaka too heavy.what do u mean too heavy? i never try 0w40..but with 15w50 on my cfe, i already satisfied. since last time before changing to this oil..my car feel very lag..after change it..i can clearly feeling the improvement. maybe next time can try on 0w40..lets see the lightest

btw..i tot Syntium 3000 is 5W-40?

have you check your tyre pressure? Preve's steering is not as light as Myvi.
