4G working?

Too bad..False alarm...
Works on 1st boot..
After I restart..It back to G again..
Weird

Tried to recovery again.. back to 018 baseband..
Still in G..
Then i flash to baseband 007..
It is works again.. after i restart the phone..it is not working again..

I do screen shot when i get 3G via Networks apps..
It seem that it get 3G when my IMEI is 0..
But after I restart, the phone get the IMEI and I cant connect to 3G anymore..

Is this related to unlock the phone or the IMEI?

what is ur phone model? open up the back cover, remove the battery, and watch what was written there

should be IM-a860K

Change to latest maxis microsim ( lte enabled) n try again. If still problematic return set to seller n ask for replacement. Such should work right out from box without any flashing of baseband

Is regarding the baseband, need to use ori recovery to swap bck permenantly

Long story short , I bricked my phone this morning trying some funny sms s^it from the vietnam forum . Anyway , manage to find a tool to unbricked it since I cant get get pass the boot screen . Then I did a stupid mistake . I factory reset my phone thru stock recovery . It was after tat I realize I can boot into cwm thru fastboot . By then , everything is gone in the internal cuz i did a factory reset . After 2 hours of searching , I found this tool . .

1 - Download and unzip the file from the link above
2 - Download stock A860 roms . I got mine from
here but its for A860K , firmware 120
3 - copy the BINX file into the folder u extracted
4 - run Fixserver.exe and then Run_Sky_server.exe
5 - A website popup will run . Let it run , go take a coffee or anything . Depending on your internet speed , took me 10 mins to get the phone updated and running again

wow! so there is actually a way to unbrick a device! plus it was in viet..haha

can we put it in the first page? all this method if put like this, ppl wont notice after time has passed

is it will pop up a website same as the official website update?

official vega site but different from the 1 we normally use. It redirect to the last page of upaloading the firmware and update

Anyone having hard time with the phone reception or maybe microphone issue? Every call I received in past few days, my friends also complaint hardly hear me. Troublesome!!

nope.all great for me except sms issue.

Probably hardware issue if you consistently faced such a problem,.refer back to seller
And do check first no fine plastic still covering up your mic ??

After i changed my old sim card to LTE micro sim card..
It seem to be working again.. even get 4G in my office...
So previously is due to sim card problem??

but now i have the problem that the screen can't be rotate even I on the auto-rotate..
Still cant find out why..
Any programs not working.. even home screen..

yup, it work following ur method

Settings/display/ tick auto rotate screen
Homescreen can be rotated ( default Vega UI)

It is ticked..
But not working

Try with contact, calendar, gmail
If cannot rotate means accelerometer problem

I do a recovery again..
back to baseband 018..

Everything works fine now..
3G / 4G.. Auto rotate is working nicely..

To concluded my case..
I think is only due to initially i not using the real LTE micro simcard ??

Strange baseband affect accelerometer.
