To concluded my case..
I think is only due to initially i not using the real LTE micro simcard ??

Update to tweaks done on my Vega No 6
I have successfully installed CWM Recovery v 6.0.2.8 and have done a nandroid backup successfully too. Have been looking up several Chinese, Korean, Hardwarezone.sg  websites for solution , tested several methods and finally found success from HERE

This is ONLY a temporary CWM as after reboot , phone will boot back to stock recovery. You need phone connected ( do select it first to be in MTP mode) to PC to execute this CWM Recovery. Once CWM booted up, you can disconnect phone from PC. This point was never mentioned at all.

How to install ?
With phone switch on and with USB debugging selected, connect phone to PC
Just run the A860 CWM batch  file ( extract the zip first ) - you should see phone connected and your phone ID display - type in "y" to select
Phone will boot to Fastboot mode and subsequently boot to CWM mode
With CWM installed , you can now easily root it too ( if your phone not rooted yet) with the Root zip file. Copy this file to internal memory or ext SDcard of phone. In recovery mode, just select "install zip from sdcard"

I just use SMSPro to send 160 character..

i think u need click ADB one more time in fastboot mode.

it definitely works for both rooted n unrooted phones
first time i tested it , phone was rooted
second time phone unrooted after i updated the firmware
after you see the word fastboot on top of display, wait few seconds n it will boot to cwm menu ( as shown in my screenshot)

i wait for 2-3 minutes, nothing happen. only appears the word Fast Boot Mode. i've downloaded the CWM files from url given by u. 

try again n this time when you see fastboot mode, try tap the pc return key several times

than i don't know how to advise you already
or you try reinstall the usb phone drivers again as it could be related to pc unable to detect phone after fastboot mode
or try with another usb port
