How do we know whether LTE is running on K version? I only see 3G on the signal bar although i enabled the LTE data roaming.
*
you have to make sure using original maxis micro simcard, standard sim card cut into microsim not support

forgot to add , there is way to disable sms limit on previous vega series but not sure if it works for this model .

Put your SIM in a blackberry phone, going to settings, device settings, advanced settings, sim card settings, and input user SIM number with country code eg. +92334875464849.... And use GO SMS pro  and you should be GOOD TO GO, no sms character limit . If it works , do update the others ya

yup, it work following ur method

The reason I'm asking is because my phone only requires normal sim card

It will be impossible for me to put in mirco sim card into my racer 2
*
try to use sim adapter, maybe works

Nope , it doesnt . Instead of extracting it , u can actually flash it via CWM and u will notice this method is NOT for A860 but there is another method which require u to flash custom rom if u r willing 2 try . A bit lazy these days 2 give it a try . Here is the link : http://choimobile.vn/threads/a860k-tieng-v...no6-a860k.3074/
*
Noobi method works, just need to swap this rom using cwm mode.

http://mizal.net:82/pantech/NO.6/foodgang/, choose the first one , first use ori recovery upgrade or downgrade to ori 129 rom, after use cwm mode swap to the custom 129, it will fix the problem
