Did you try xperia z. I find its ui is smoothest vs htc1 n S4. I have use all these 3 phones

I second that, I flashed xperia port rom on my s3 and it's extremely smooth compare Samsung stock launcher. btw guys, don't bother pre order with senq, once it is on sell, I believe there must be branches selling it

I agree with uncle Benny. Sony has the smoothest UI after Vanilla android. I enjoy using it during the Gingerbread version (Using Sony Xperia Neo). Unfortunately the new Sony UI in Xperia Z got extra animation when swiping which I don't really like but it still feel very smooth.

Referring to the bolded ones, I disagree. I find that the way they produce their reviews are very unprofessional.
Unprofessional in a way that they probably only use the phone for a day and put out a review right away the next day.
Of course they can produce a review, but I doubt they even know the phone well and through to know what are it's true ups and downs for a regular consumer.

I personally prefer reviews from other YouTubers such as TechnoBuffalo, SoldierKnowsBest, and MKBHD (the video you just quoted).
Their reviews may not be the first to be released, but at least you know that they have been using the phone for long enough to know what are the quirks and pros of it, judging from the customisation they have put on the phone.
(For example like re-arranged icons, changed wallpapers, and self installed apps).

the firmware update on the HTC One do improved the camera performance though..

as for the S4, the current batch for S4 dun have LTE so avoid tat for now
