"Google is internet search company" - another shallow statement. Google by far now has evolved from being only a search engine company. Please go do some read up - google now offers highspeed fiber connection in US, google glass, google chrome, chromebook.

Oh yeah? As much as I know, Apples iMac and their laptops are using NVIDIA GRAPHIC CHIPSET (Tell me this is Apple tech?) and INTEL PROCESSOR. I've never seen any APPLE PROCESSOR/GPU. Its is the Apple OS that makes the different and also the color chip processing on their display that makes color produce on Apples display near or same as production color.

Ur statements aim for general acknowledgement where APPLE has the greatest technology in all areas.

Take Apple iPhone 4S and do a benchmark with Nexus 4 / SGS3 / Note 2.

If not because of IOS, Apple iPhone technology is far behind the latest phone available nowadays. This is why APPLE shares has drop tremendously, because they are lack of innovation in h/w and s/w.

Go read up on google glass technology.

both is ON PAR. See what you want - fancy features then S4.. solid built ONE.

There is other factors as well, like expandable memory, removable batt and higher MP cameras for daylight photos...
