is maxis really that bad for online games such as Galena, D2? still cant decide Unifi or Astro+Maxis promo argh.

thats just unbelievable,but still not as bad as what some other ppl are suffering(look at the maxis forum, 800ms also got lol)my paltry 1mbps connection also worst case 400ms if ping to barcelona


it seems to be that for flying spaghetti monster, it will go to US before going to the flying spaghetti monster server in singapore. WTF is that for?? and the maxis rep say thats the agreement they had with starhub

how did u get 23 to 49ms for dota 2?
mine is easily from 80ms to 110ms.... on SEA server

even 23ms i can still feel a tiny big of lag... anyway maxis sucks.. we just have to move back to unifi...

hi guys... im currently staying in kemuning greenville... and my streamyx is ever disappointing... i would like to know if anyone staying around my area is using the maxis home fiber 20mb line... i am interested in that one. are there slowness or connection issues?

read the entire post before asking the obvious question - if you need 20MB line just for surfing sure no issue
if you need it for direct download no issue
if you need for torent, streaming (PPS, QVOD, BAIDU PLAYER) sure 20MB become like 0.5MB

why they charging me RM138.45 for this month?

and today i notice tonight streaming at Youtube is freakingly slow even 720p still have to wait for buffer...=__=
dailymotion stream much worse...
try different DNS also the same....

Hmm, Facebook video has been slow for months already and I thought it was just Facebook. I'm using public IP btw. Feel like changing to private IP for a bit and see if any problem occurs. Just have to go to router gateway and edit something right? Then if you want to change back to public just edit something again, right?

Some web pages CANNOT be connected to, I've noticed this problem today.
As for FB video buffering, I've been having that for quite a long time already but I rarely take action or notice that it's Maxis's fault because I don't usually click on the videos on FB, but I notice it's always slow, like really uber slow.
Hopefully Maxis address this issue and everything else including the ping issue that has been happening since day 1.
Good price but so much of problems...

also can someone tell me what must I edit again to change to public/private IP? I already have a public IP assigned.

There is sumtin wrong with Maxis network again.
But than again everyday also got just today much worse.
Some connections are being looped around (TTL expired in transit)
Do a tracert on say thepiratebay.se and you will see that it goes through the same server over and over again.

Must change to another ISP if still this crazy at the end of 2 years

i change to public ip becoz of the torrent throttling during certain hours...after using public ip no more throttling..

anyway like i said...my android(wifi) play fb video no lag at all...but my pc does..it seems to be wrong with my pc then..so i don know..or some ports/routing configuration too deep to investigate.
