shocking.gif The 8043 Motorised Excavator cost RM1000? shocking.gif
hmm.gif Will the mobile crane MKII also cost the same as well...
*
No la... 8043 Motorised Excavator price shot up because it is a discontinued and highly desirable set. The Mobile Crane MKII shouldn't cost so much but I have yet to really explore the pricing. If you look at the piece count versus that of 8110 Unimog you should get an idea of pricing.... Perhaps other members can share some insights into the pricing?

Yea I'm looking for the set but cannot find one at a reasonable price sad.gif Somehow I buy because I like them and don't have any intention yet to sell them. Maybe I should convert one room to a toy/Lego room like this laugh.gif

Hey guys, do they have any Creator set that represent those old locomotives? May I know which set is that?

The set featured in the video is Horizon Express. I'm not sure about those older locomotive sets though. Also I don't think Creator have locomotives. Correct me if I'm wrong. Perhaps you can search around in Brickset.

Just a question, must all the train set have motor and electric part? What if I just want to showcase only?

That I'm not sure. But from what I know, the power function and remote control are accessories and needs to be purchased separately. Perhaps some other bro/sis here can explain if they own a set. I personally don't own any of it. smile.gif

Not all train sets includes the motors and power functions

These sets come standalone without any motors:

79111 Lone Ranger Constitution Train Chase - does include simple track loop
10233 Horizon Express (in UK there is now a bundled kit with the motor & rechargable battery kit)

Discontinued:
10219 Maersk Train
10194 Emerald Night

City Trains includes everything you need to get it moving- motor, battery pack, remote control & IR receiver
7938 Passenger Train
7939 Cargo Train
3677 Red Cargo Train

8043 cost that much because it is an old and discontinued set. When I bought my 8043 last time it was well below 1k since it just came out and still in production. I do not think the MKII will cost more than 1k too since even the Unimog and crawler is still below the 1k mark when it was first released.

Same like Green Grocer, Cafe Corner where it is so @#$%$#@$# expensive due to it being out of production already.
