The retail mall is really run-down, escalators stopped working and dirt everywhere.. the only thing thats still running are the pubs and how long they will lasts??
Furthermore, there are dozens of new developments around okr. Guess owners are trying to dispose of their units due to this..

According to the barbershop that I always goes to, Econsave will move in next year
Previous tenants will come back too including Kwong Woh Tong etc, already has a form of agreement
Unlike baebershop, they don't have their loyal customers

Well, hopefully the place will revive again, Not in terms of night activities

what is the haunted story? actually for the designed of the unit, quite suitable for newly married with one kid or working couple..... modern living design... however the drawback is the pub pub down there.... a lot foreign workers and foreign lady... not sure about the monthly maintenance fees now...but currently price below 400k is suitable to buy in for own stay.... any idea what is the occupancy rate now? and the electricity and water bill under commercial?

will the higher floor facing the other direction of the busy Old Klang Road free from noises from traffic and pubs?

Yeah, it's nice and quiet back there.

The view is actually decent. Front row seats to the river of life. When it actually gets completed anyway.

Just the ground level maintenance sucks really bad.

Sustainability and consistency of these type of products performance remain moderate... Most likely the commercial lots will drag down the resi performance.

Yeah, such a shame. The duplex units are pretty cool.

Developer should have maintained control of the commercial lots.

Within the same vein, Setiawalk is also not much better as its filled with bars. I believe for both projects, the commercial lots must've been open for sale to any rich Tom, Dick and Harry investors. So once they're desperate for tenants, they'll happily accept whoever sets up shop there, and most of the time its always bars or pubs.

But the saving grace for Setiawalk is that the residential and commercial components are separate, so more privacy for those who are staying in the residential units.

I have a hunch that in both cases, the developer don't want to directly manage these type of properties and just push it to whichever management company is assigned to manage them once the warranty period is up.
