max vcore i'm applying is 1.475v which is quite low to prime at 3.5g....i need to watercooled and maybe dust of my pelting kit just to cool down the 67c mark on prime peak temp constant at maybe 2 minutes a drift...

is there any way to achieve 4GHz on stock cooling?
i pushed it up all the way to 300FSB on my 2.4Ghz but it wouldn't boot at all? i'm on OCZ EL Platinum TCCD, so i guess RAM is not an issue. what is the reason?

You want your 2.4C to hit 4ghz?  On stock cooling summore.... I doubt that'll be possible for the best 2.4c chip in the world |
