Ok fellow friends, antonio is back to bring the fun and excitment in the scene. As u all know that not much Intel people dare to bring up their overclocking 'ciput' since right now all the abang AMD has tapau us all.

But no sweat...8k in Sandra mem bench doesnt mean anything if your still runing under 4G's....hahahah...ya thats rite...4G brother...well i'm also short of that amount...so lets gather and open a 4Gigahertz shall we??

-This were a lil bit brave...bump up voltage a bit and start craking...



-This is the 1MB run of the seriously (saat-saat getir) 4 non stop Dunhills....



-Not enough stability in my book...so i ran an instance of 32MB to see what happends...Temp being beeping like hell...

-no 3D testing...(not a fan of 3D anyway)
-games : played Godfather EA & CM2006 12 hours...No problem...
-Temps max were 63c
-bump voltages 1.45v
-who say's putting two Presscott core in a single chip is no good??

idle around 36-39c
max load temp would be around 63-67c...

no lar...maybe it is actually downclock a lot...

the problem with DDR2 and my mobo is that it cant run at 1:1 which is supposed to be DDR 133 while FSB at 133 aLSO....if i set the ram at that speed...my overclocking would be around 3.0gig only....

im running 1/4


Prime...later boss coz rite now still need to rectify cooling problem...thermal reach up 67 last nite and thermal protection only at 65c...arghhhhh

not what i'm targeting actually....i'm in need of 4 and untill then...will not stop pumping vcore...yeahhh

Sempron oso good in overclock...but the feel of high megahertz takder...thats why less thrilling....but benchmarks scores all the same only....

boley...we LYN overclockers maaaa....if achieve to deliver, its not only a personal but the whole LYN image....

max vcore i'm applying is 1.475v which is quite low to prime at 3.5g....i need to watercooled and maybe dust of my pelting kit just to cool down the 67c mark on prime peak temp constant at maybe 2 minutes a drift...

hehehh....certainly it is...well while i was busy peltier'ing...i already prepared my upgraded water cool kit from big water to 'huge water'...Pumps + hoses + and fittings including white tape is already purchased...but the problem is time.. not many of em nowadays....

I faced the same problem when i was first firing up the system. I reckon there is something helding back the 945 Chipset which failing to overclock with 1:1 FSB/MEM Mhz...Only when i put on dividers then only the chip fly high....Eventhou i achieve it to get around 3.9+Ghz i cant push FSB in windows nor bios to get it up to 4G's....

i sent an email to Gigabyte about the matter and you know what the replied me with?

My rams are normal DDR533 KVR 512x2....

Luckily my Gigabyte has PCI/PCIE lock....kudos Gigabyte...

I was hoping to get those DFI based intel boards but just not untill the introduced a later chipset...

so mine is DDr600 lar rite now.... owh..and it is stable lor...regarding the rams are only KVR 512 ddr2...

This taiko fella is runnning 4.7Ghz OoOOo...look at his siggy...

btw I'm getting myself a 975 Asus in two days time...heheheh..cant wait to crank em up...
