is there any way to achieve 4GHz on stock cooling?

i pushed it up all the way to 300FSB on my 2.4Ghz but it wouldn't boot at all? i'm on OCZ EL Platinum TCCD, so i guess RAM is not an issue. what is the reason?

300*12 i guess that should be too much for ur procs..
maybe u need extra VCore and some decent heatsink that better than stock..
what is the timing that u put for ur ram?..
*
i put 1.55vcore and my ram timing is 2.5-3-3-7 on 2.8vdimm (max). divider 1:1. maximum FSB i can go is about 360 which i'm able to hit 3.2GHz.

r u sure ur fsb at 360?..
360*12 that mean ur procs is running at 4.32GHz rit now bro..
beside 360@2.5-3-3-7@2.8 with tccd is a new world record perhaps..

i am sorry. typo mistake. it should be 260FSB
