Of course its getting warm, there's quad core CPU inside running 1.5GHz among various other things that develop heat. I find it kinda annoying that's why I rooted it and use SetCPU to lower it's speed. Still warm though.

Is there any harm in just letting the phone be hot as it is?

No harm at all, because it's been design for this way, but if we can let it generate less heat, no harm also.

There isn't any to the system but the battery could wear faster because of heat.

PC companion, plug in and i just got notification, but download speeds too slow and gtg d so maybe tonight..

Oh, for those whose STAMINA mode failed and gave shorter estimated idle time try the below, it worked for me. rclxms.gif

QUOTE
Go to apps, all, then ''Extended_Standby_Controll''

Force Stop , THEN, clear DATA, then Restart phone by holding Power and Volume up botton until the phone vibrates ONCE, then release the buttons.

You will have to go back into Stamina Mode and apply your settings again
