As if there is acute shortage of supply and supply could be monopolized.

While asking others to rent out at $1.8k, there is nothing to stop him to rent out his own unit at lower price e.g $1.6k.

I receive reliable info 450-500sqft studio in shaftbury they are leasing at 1.2k....

Gudluck if u think same size unit can tarik to 1.7k...

Everywhere also rental coming down. Good luck if u all want to hold on a certain base price. Other development will benefit as they will rent out first at lower price.

I saw the news too online.
Anyway, really hope if they implement, they will cover inner Cyberjaya, not just Putrajaya Sentral to other Putrajaya areas only. It should cover areas within Cyberjaya until MMU at least.
