Everywhere also rental coming down. Good luck if u all want to hold on a certain base price. Other development will benefit as they will rent out first at lower price.

Anyway, really hope if they implement, they will cover inner Cyberjaya, not just Putrajaya Sentral to other Putrajaya areas only. It should cover areas within Cyberjaya until MMU at least. |
