I am looking for RM 1.8k for 450 sqft with fully furnish...If we can set the same price for all unit we can create a demand and make more profit, if each want to set their own price, it can lower down the value of our unit as people will kill others by giving cheaper rental and later all will follow the same....again the same process will take and reduce the value more....So lets work together and I can find a tenant/buyer for you guys as I am a property agent and as well as owner of Cybersquare unit.
