Hello all....Happy Chinese New year... Guys If we want a good rental yield, all the owner of Cybersquare need to work together and set a rental market for Cybersquare. I am looking for RM 1.8k for 450 sqft with fully furnish...If we can set the same price for all unit we can create a demand and make more profit, if each want to set their own price, it can lower down the value of our unit as people will kill others by giving cheaper rental and later all will follow the same....again the same process will take and reduce the value more....So lets work together and I can find a tenant/buyer for you guys as I am a property agent and as well as owner of Cybersquare unit. Please do like my page and come and visit my home office at unit C-13A-10 later for your property listing. Thank you. Also i have created a Whatsapp group to Cybersquare owners so that we can share any issues we face or if anyone want to post for rental. You can whatsapp me at +6018 222 3373, if you cant find then just PM me your number and I will add you. Also please join the facebook page i created for Cybersquare below smile.gif

Market is very soft. Now is buyer/tenant market. Plenty of choices. Good luck if you still think can rent out a pigein hole at rm1.8k.

WL_N.....I agree with your feed back..but who r u targeting for rental? If locals of course they cannot afford this price....but i am targeting expatriate or foreign worker..of course we can lower down the price base on market demand...but my point is we need to work together if want to mantain the value of our unit....all unit holders need to come into agreement that we fix a standard base price...just a suggestion anyway
