i like the view of swimming pool

Mine is facing swimming pool too... planning to rent the unit no rush.

Also wanted spare parking my office sometimes no parking and swimming pool on weekends.

Heard from the developer that the construction not only done in good speed but also quality wise also good.

I was looking at some of their construction speed, seem like good quality work has been done in their construction. This developer was previously class A contractor.

I hope when I get the keys, all are good too

Anyway, i dont own a unit there. Just curious if there's much owner going to stay in.

I believe Cyberjaya will only have the value increase if there's more owner occupier. And I doubt it's anytime soon.

yea what you say is true.

The city is a young city with many buyers buying it for rental yield investment. It will take some time to mature like how hartamas did mature eventually when during the early yrs, ppl din wanna buy there as it is too in.

anyway, lets see how. Will hold it for now.

Hopefully when the LRT is build there, then things will go bustling.

my friend's unit in shaftbury also renting out at about 1.2k only... full furnish.... shaftbury management help them to rent out.....

Any ideas on when VP? I'm also an owner here, definitely would want to look into renovation when the time comes.. I do hope the rental can reach on the higher end but it really seems unlikely as most of you mentioned. especially shaftsbury only getting 1.2k.. so low...
