Went to D Pulze Shopping Centre last Sunday about 8pm...half shop open... but Jaya Grocery is good business..a lot student and some family come to buy daily use grocery...most of the shop is restaurant and food or drink?

With sjkc union around soon, how will that change or affect the main road in which we have 3 major residences, lake front , lake point and SEG (albeit bit far off).

Definitely will be busy with heavy traffic during school hours, with cars parking over the sides, probably double parks as well. How is that gonna fare for the residence people or tenants or are they gonna come up with a good system to overcome this common problem when involving with schools.

small problem.....school areas always like that 1 .....bo bian punya....

have school complain.. if no school then complain again... never enough of everything... just choose your units at your most convenient... thats it..
