Probably never own one property and stay with parent landed house. Usually first house seeker got a lot of little concern such as ppl jump down la, rubbish throwing, traffic jam la, guard house jam la, daddy don't like la, near highway dusty la, noisy la, using lift up down inconvenient la, scared lift breakdown la, htc la, got blackie la tis and tat...never fins concern.

ya lor... need to bring down... i stay 4th floor... rubbish just infront of the flat... rubbish bin area share among few blocks.. so some ppl have to carry rubbish from far...

let me just answer the question and get it done. so far, ALL my condos (from <RM500K to >RM1.5Mil) has the same system. There is a refuse room on each floor and you dump your in a bin inside, maintenance will take it down.
Yes, I have seen low cost flats where there is a big rubbish bin downstairs and everyone has to throw there as well.

just double check if this lake front has a refuse room at each floor if you are still concerned.

My condo at Kepong the same.. every floor have a room for PPL to throw rubbish, and cleaner will keep and clean everyday... they wiLL clean all floor...this is medium range or high end condo ba..

If flat or cheaper apartment, they hav a place to throw rubbish.. but all need bring down to one place...
