DIBS = developer already factoring into selling price and pass to buyers.. no body do charity
and also Opportunity cost..

At least some developer did part of the foundation before start selling..

Mct dig a big hole to built parking basement, it takes time and not like other lazy developer just built parking floor on ground to 5th floor, the building doesnt look nice if u can c the patking floor from outside

dont know why they want it so fast and dig hole in advance. as long as they delay as per spa data....i can get LAD.

why you want to so fast? You got no house to stay is it? or you are now sleeping roadside?

For V residensi 2 by MCT, all parking lots are above ground. Developer's build car park's above ground cos it's cheaper by at least 30%.

please stick with TS. If you dont like their product. Just dont waste time here. Find the best dev you like.

For my point of view, I think they are still ok if compared to some other peer. I am not comparing them with 1st tier dev. But some listed dev are not doing as good as them.

anybody knows crime rate in cyber?
like snatch theft
motorcyclist hit smash the side window grab bags?
or steal cars?
or rape?
any police station there to report or must go to puchong report or dengkil
is it near to klia2? any toll?
how far to enter MEX?
i was in putrajaya many times but cannot find the MEX from KLIA to go KL
signage is always misleading

and police station(rough guide)
if even i was driving also cannot find so malaysia is like this

this one have to buy those facing outside; else view will be looking at neighbours mandi if possible
or wait until the 6 or 8th blocks (cannot remember total domino blocks) the last blocks to view the lake
dunno wait until when? maybe 2015-2016?
