what i got so far from a MCT relationship associate:

Lakefront Residence (MCT) sits on the other site of the lake, next to Lakefront Villa (bungalows by MCT) and opposite Setia Eco Gales. It's higher end than pr1ma, units are bigger, completely different floor plan, some units have 3 bedrooms, some have 3 bedrooms + 1 attached studio (type F), and ranges from 950sqft to ~1500sqft if I remember correctly. Amenities are better as well: gym, club house, roof top pool and garden, etc. Price-wise, early last year I was quoted RM593k for type C, RM460k for type D, RM599k for type F. All after rebates. Progress update:
Lakefront Residence Phase 2 (T3 & 4) has reached stage 2a (the work below ground level of the said Building comprising the said Parcel including foundation of the said Building). |

So far only 4 of the Residence towers are being built, with the remained 4 still to be announced.I'm actually surprised by the 2021 date mentioned here for Pr1ma completion, as the site progress is pretty well advanced. I think they only started building it a year ago and they are like 10-15 story high already on some of the towers. |
