hi all, can i check what's the differences between offer from mct itself against pr1ma? I did check pr1ma website and seem like only Type A1 and A2 available (no 4 room Type F), and smaller scale to around 850sqft.

Look through pr1ma website and couldn't find indication of tower 1,2 or 3/4 as well, didn't know the tower allocation facing front. How's price comparison from developer (after rebate non-bumi) vs pr1ma (non-bumi)?

Pr1ma Lakefront and Lakefront Residence are two completely separate projects. MCT is no longer involved in the building of the affordable condo project. It's all built under Pr1ma now.

I think you already figured out what the pr1ma offering is. Lakefront Residence (MCT) sits on the other site of the lake, next to Lakefront Villa (bungalows by MCT) and opposite Setia Eco Gales. It's higher end than pr1ma, units are bigger, completely different floor plan, some units have 3 bedrooms, some have 3 bedrooms + 1 attached studio (type F), and ranges from 950sqft to ~1500sqft if I remember correctly. Amenities are better as well: gym, club house, roof top pool and garden, etc.

Price-wise, early last year I was quoted RM593k for type C, RM460k for type D, RM599k for type F. All after rebates. More for higher floors or facing the lake. Those prices are probably not accurate anymore.

They already started construction for quite a while. Some blocks even reached level 5 already on top of the parking podium. Usually the earth work and piling will take quite a while, but once the structure is up it's quite fast.

It doesnt make much sense that they need another 4-5 years to complete.

i will definitely buy if i did not make another purchase. i registered for prima long time ago, not knowing whether to get or not so i decided to buy a studio nearby shaftsbury because that's the only house i can afford in cyberjaya. biggrin.gif

So the construction site will be far away from any lake? By normal market price. How much should a normal unit with 850sqft worth?

Guys I just checked my Rumah Selangorku application status turns out "DITAWARKAN RUMAH" on Lakefront Home project. Anyone know details of this? Meaning which block is the RS one. Should I wait for official letter from Rumah Selangorku?

I think the design and facilities are not the same. Pr1ma seems like exactly beside the lake while rumah selangorku is behind pr1ma.

Also, to qualify as purchaser, the requirement is different for both.
