High density project. Could be another Cyberia condo town....many ppl can be seen....but some ppl due enjoy this kind of environment...especially young ppl...

Development like Cristal, Serin, The Place i give thumbs up 😏

Place like mutiara ville, and others thats just concentrating spamming high density unit with little to no design concept... 😵😲

For singlehanded effort helping to raise the chinese school...this developer deserve a better respect by cintributig to make cyberjaya better...

I hope with the completion of school more would buy their project in lakefront...

Sp setia and mah sing in garden rseidence didnt chip in any for this school project?

Now later launch smaller size can get at sub 4xxk+...

Also theres thousands of prima u it within the same vicinity...

If he just purchased the house he can withdraw the cash. Its like EPF refund back the personal cash he se to pay the downpayment, legal fee and stamp duty of the house.

But if its already quite some time purchased then yes. He can only iwithdraw monthly loan amount to subsidize hes loan payment or he can withdraw all to reduce the principle amount on his bank loan.
