Just came back from service 20,000 km. My request:

1. Front Disc Brake (left) scratch - They change both side at front with new disc rotor & new pad - free.
2. Steering little vibrate - They service full allignment (also pump proper air) RM36 charge
3. Vibrate at pothole (sound like GRRRR!) - They suspect ABS problem - They already ordered new ABS ECU - Change Later

Note: SA claim 20,000 km only basic service for CFE. My next service at 31,000 km. Total charge RM240 with semi 10W/30 oil. Time enter 7.59 a.m & finish at 1.20 p.m

Sounds like you got premium service at the SC...can you let us know, which service center you went to for your 20K service? I have similar item#3 problem with you..went to SC many times and they keep on saying that is NORMAL..nothing to worry, and they never said about new ABS ECU...

I'm going for 40K service soon...and they said it is a major service... anyone out there have done 40K service? how much it cost and what are the services? appreciate your sharing...

If you had many problem to claim better go to COSE KESAS Highway. That day one uncle got many complain about his new Preve & all the complain settle with all problem part replace with new item include plate no. Make sure you make appointment before come.

SC proposed to skim it.... cost bared by cust....chaittt....

Cfe is turbocharge not supercharge both mechanically different.

Im looking for extra time to go to cose for claiming warranty for my right rear light, it is not as bright as the left side, i think this is normal problem for cfe owner. Mine just happen before raya. And i want to try to claim new steering rack if can claim.

i still wonder, how u sumbat rota rims at exora.. the back chamber how? its fixed rite.. u add adjustable chamber?

ohh got windows tinted already installed? may i know which company do they liaise with? how about the quality of it? can i request that i'm the one that will do the tinting and they just gimme cash or voucher

Haha. Yup rear is fixed so need to mod a bit at the rear axle, add washer. And also need to add spacer so that the inner rim lip not touching the absorber/spring.

One window rubber lining not fit nicely need to claim and the lower drawer is not dropping by itself after open...need to kind of force open it.
