QUOTE(onnylam @ Jun 15 2013, 10:45 PM) if you cannot catch those verbally, then here are your options: ini cara orang kaya ini - go attend modelling classes (not those cat-walk modelling ya) - go watch tutorials from youtube (if 1 not enough, there are tons of them) - buy lots and lots of kits, experiment on them until you get the feel - go ask the model kits shop owners to give opinions or show you how it's being done better go with other options take your sweet sweet time doing your kit. take it as a reward for whatever accomplishment that you need for: long day at work/hard day in school/getting married/parked your car/successfully go to toilet on the right time/etc. and like HxiiiK said, it's not a race. slow and steady wins the race. oh wai- |

QUOTE(Snake'eyes @ Jun 16 2013, 03:28 AM) Good idea. My aunt tried before, she used a cotton bud and cleaned my cousin's gundam kit. Unfortunately, all the gundam parts fell off..... QUOTE(Owweichieh91 @ Jun 16 2013, 03:29 AM) My gundam has a lot of dusts too. |

QUOTE(Khai62 @ Jun 16 2013, 01:20 AM) You can try Gwing or Mgs2u for those but about ordering them from amiami might have some problem as liquid substance like cement might not even get through the custom because of safety regulation. How about craft knife? Can that get through customs?Sorry but I'm new to mechas, have two valvraves models need to build soon. -cutting mat -craft knife -File set -nippers -sanding sponge -cement Will that be sufficient? Planning to trim it as neat as possible, but not paint it. Will I need a marker? If so, which colour would you guys suggest? The models look something like this: » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « As for the sanding sponge, which grade will be suitable? Ultra fine? Micro fine? And I see @tytroum is selling some sort of pen-like glue aplicator, would that be more convenient? Feel free to suggest anymore tools I will need. Thanks in advance. |

Don't know about craft knife but i do buy some hand drill with bits from Hong Kong and they don't have problem getting through.Sorry but I'm new to mechas, have two valvraves models need to build soon. -cutting mat -craft knife -File set -nippers -sanding sponge -cement Will that be sufficient? The models look something like this: That more than enough tool to start with but if you really want to be really clean, you can refer to this: http://pla-zone.proboards.com/thread/287/n...removal-snapfit Personally i just use file and sanding sponge to remove them. |

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Just finish assembling this guy but I feel there's something odd about his shoulder. The angle is too tight and the pad is too close to the antenna. Not quite sure what is wrong with this. Try to wiggle here and there but nothing is working. Does this aegis is like this or am I miss a step or something? (I wonder if Bandai will still release PG for collection purpose? what else they wanna do on PG?) that question would also point to the rationality of having a 1/48th scale Mega Size Model, or even the eBay-listed USD11k 1/24th scale one |
