if it's unable to perform all the MG-ish gimmick, I don' think it would worth making it into RG.

remember when the rumours about RG Zeta? some say it's a parts-former and it turned out that Bandai did incorporate the full transformation just like its MG and PG counterpart. if they really are gonna make RG Unicorn, I would expect nothing less

if you have to make only one choice, then it depends on what you really want. if you're prefer something more rigid (relatively to the RG) and bigger scale, then go for the MG v2.0 otherwise choose the other one if you want something smaller and don't really mind about how fragile the RG is

putting the April fool joke aside, sometimes the prototype doesn't really represent the final product, hence the name "prototype". just like the MG Nu Ver. Ka, the initial prototype pictures just shows the average MG manipulators/hands, and we don't know about the PG-like fully articulated ones right until the last moment before its release

agreed. with 4500yen price tag, that is not that bad at all

MG Nu Ver. Ka is a whole lot different level compared to MG Jesta, although using the same fully articulated manipulators. the details, parts separation, mechanics are plenty more. put side-by-side the pics showing let say, the parts for the arms for MG Nu Ver. Ka and a PG Strike for an example, you can see the number of parts are pretty much similar

gets more for your buck each days. as a Jesta fan I am tempted to get one, but see how it all go first
