erm....If they no give permission to let go the unit after 5years..how?.that no good...10years...if bad workmanship+bad management how?

-Perumahan PR1MA akan diperuntukkan melalui proses pengundian terbuka.
- Pemilihan unit rumah oleh pemilik yang terpilih akan mengikut
turutan cabutan undian.
- Moratorium selama 10 tahun akan dikenakan dimana rumah PR1MA
tidak boleh dijual atau dipindah milik tanpa kebenaran pihak PR1MA.
- Pemilik wajib mendiami rumah PR1MA tersebut.

Thats possibly true ... but I think its ok we dont have MRT ... nearby outside also got mah .. hahaha. I think its more of Mandarina guys dont want Prima, SUKE and MRT smile.gif Cos their project so high class one smile.gif

Bear in mind, all these Suke and MRT is great revenue for central government.

U think they will drop the idea just because of the few banners?

Its same like the LRT line extension at Jalan Kinrara. Boycott boycott at early stage, now quiet like sissy.

Wow. You have to live in the same house for 10 years and cannot upgrade and cannot rent out. The built quality better be good.

can guarantee after 10 years, the appreciation is good as others? This is affordable housing scheme (PR1MA). People will forever remember the name. I doubt the appreciation is the same like others in the area.

Because government is appointing a developer to subsidize all the cost for PR1MA. To make sure project run healthy, certain percentage of units will still open to sell to public at market rate or even premium rate. What is unknown to be unseen.

Why people will pay more to secure a unit? because of its PRIME location.
