been staying at alam damai for 5 years plus ><"" looking at prima is a good sign gov provide a better housing option for youngster to purchase , and for any1 who pursuing their 1st property.

wht we hope for those who staying in alam damai, is the gov improve the traffic out flow from alam damai to MRR2...with current development.. every morning 630am... the traffic already jam till almost reaching the T junction , near OCBC bank.. haha..

well let's hope a better move to ease the traffic. if not , with prima being build completely.. the traffic will be even worst.

Never the less alam damai a good place to stay with the huge park, and a mountain with greenery ... pity for those at Damai south buyer. ><" , open the front door and see Prima just beside their home, whereas some spend over RM650k++ to purchase Damai south.

well 1 clinic malaysia just recently set up, for commercial biz is going to be a big improvement too.

i read from the star today, that those who earn between 2.5k - 7k and owning NOT more than one house are eligible for PR1MA houses. true ah? i thought PR1MA are only for those who do not own a property yet?

anyway what's the pricing for Alam Damai PR1MA? any info?

I think you cannot have any houses to apply...I think it is meant for first time buyers...

that's what i thought too. but that's not what i read in the newspaper this morning. here's what the star reported

"Malaysians aged above 21, earning between RM2,500 and RM7,000 a month and do not own not more than one home can apply for PR1MA units"

I hear Jadehill SA said. You are allow to buy PR1MA if you only have one property now.

This bcs PR1MA allow downgrade / upgrade.

But, rent and sell is restricted.

Its good.

At least some segment of the population can afford their homes.

After so many years finally the gomen did something sensible and actually benefitted the rakyat.

Should have been done long time ago.

Keep voting PR to keep BN on their toes! biggrin.gif
