malay reserve development but rent to other races as tenant

I am new in LYN, been reading LYN for a while.

With PR1MA, lots of Malaysian would be homeowners.

What is the impact on private developers? New launches?

Appreciate any feedback/analysis.

Prima housing are all super high density and yet to see their workmanship & finishing. And no security also rite?

Interesting to note 40k registered for PR1MA, not sure for which location.

So sar this project not yet open for registration,right?

Registration is always open via their website but its still ballotting when it comes to a specific project eg Alam Damai. They will ballot those who registered for this project/area particularly I think.

There are also PR1MA terrace house, in Bukit Raja. Sold like goreng pisang...read the lowyat thread on Bukit raja.

This side of alam damai is haunted...there is a pond at the back of it which is used by indah water...
you may try to go there in the night time and feel the sound..

Nobat which is beside PR1MA houses was launched by sime last weekend like selling goreng pisang!

Got pond meh? I thot at the back if this Pr1ma land already filled up with 5 storey flats? Is the pond beside the flats then? But pond ok la, got view mah for the Pr1ma folks. With a few thousand people moving in, what sound also hilang one la.

I think he is referring to the Pr1ma landed project at Bukit Raja, Klang by Sime Property.

No. PR1MA houses were launched weeks ago, priced at RM 4xxk.

This is the Nobat 2 type houses launched at rm 590k, it is next to the PR1MA houses. Nobat 1 was launched earlier.

There is still another launch in bukit raja, according to them, got back road from this phase to setia alam without using jalan meru.

I wonder will it be like a normal PPR with slightly upgraded design, with dirty elevators, staircase with a lot of animal feces.

The affordable housing in Bandar Bukit Raja is not PRIMA housing. It called QASEH and start at 380K (before bumi discount). The application requirement is a bit different from PRIMA projects application.

I'm not sure if there any progress on any of PRIMA project. How the Alam Damai project goes?

I can see some land clearing & levelling works at Alam Damai site. Looks like project is ON for sure.

Would appreciate if someone could provide the Map location of this Pr1ma housing?
Been passed by DamaiPerdana to AlamDamai, but failed to find the exact location.
Is it before or after the Alam Recreational Park?
