Is it worth it to buy a unit if you success balloting?
The PR1MA Alam Damai will be too crowded itself...

I can't imagine during working hours...around 2,074 cars getting out from parking area...
May jammed inside the parking before exiting the parking area...
6:30 start the engine...the will be a long queue before able to exit the area...
The situation will be the same on 5:30pm when most of the people came back from work...jammed before entering the parking area...
Also jammed while waiting the lift to reach the desired floor...

If one does not mind, can park at the opposite shop lots of damai perdana or desa aman or even beside the police station...So in the morning, just walk crossing the road to drive the car..

Don't think it is that back within the compound. What I'm worry is the impact to people already staying there. The main road, Jalan Alam Damai already jammed pack with cars coming from Damai Perdana and many housing estate at Desa Baiduri, Taman Minang and Bandar Tun Hussein Onn. Don't think there is any plan to upgrade the road.

I received their first email on 18/01/2016 that I was successful in the ballot. Since then, I didn't receive any updates from PR1MA. I'm wondering how long they usually take to contact you for unit selection? Is this common?

I thought second house must be RM300k or above? Have you signed spa and bank loan? If everything is processed, then you're very lucky!

bro, why say so? dont think there is rule mentioning for 2nd home buyer have to buy rm300k above....if u asking on unit, i selected a studio unit with 2 rooms.

I secured the loan already, pending Pr1ma to proceed with SNP. Just got informed that they still pending SIFUs confirmation (i dont know what the hack is that SIFUs thingy) before SNP ready to be sign.

According to najib's revised budget, new house below RM300k is only limited to first house buyer. Nevertheless, I hope your transaction is successful. Who's your pr1ma lawyer?
