have anyone signed SNP already?

I got the invitation next Friday..still thinking should I go for selection?plus, I just got a house closed to one year already n afraid can't afford to get another one now..if get this,how much we should pay and how long is the loan teneure?

i used to be the same situation as you. but after checking, need to afford another rm1.1k + for another house installment, I took it. Ppl at the same age as me might getting another new car with this price but as of me, i rather invest into property using this amount of money.

I will suggest if to do this along with ur wife/gf for this pr1ma housing.

think of whether will you wanna stay in it? if you not staying then buy for the sake of selling off 10 years later? rental should be restricted for this kind of project.....

yeah... i meant in faz's case... haha... seems like you made your decision to stay in already... but to be honest... i still think plenty of ppl will rent it out.... just that no proper stamp rental agreement....

Myb will get the cheapest one i.e. service unit or a unit that a bit better in terms of built-up area as for rental only..anyone know the price range for respective units

yeah.... for first home buyer... if they received the offer to choose unit... means they are eligible already.... maybe the current house they staying is under someone else name.... so they still eligible...

Hmm.. just wondering can say take the 3 bedroom, then rent out 2 bedrooms? because I foreveralone, and having 2 person to subsidy my installment is pretty useful lah.

Any one success to sign snp? I book the unit on Jan 2016 & the same day I also apply Maybank loan, bank officials told me can loan up 110 % or 100% cause this is governments link project. I kept chase the bank official avery 2weeks for update me the loan status but they no event reply my mail or pickup phone .Today bank officials call me told my loan only can approve 70%. I very sad hear for that cause I only apply Maybank bank no try apply few bank. What I feeling that bank officials just waste my time only and doing un- professional. Why they need take more that 3months to tell ? Now I need to re-apply for other bank loan.

Ya no news on the SNP. Loan already signed. Need to fork out 10% plus all legal and stamp duty charges.
