I worked in bank. Bank is cutting down branches. But, DPC maybe is too good to miss out.

Any idea why f&b not doing well at waterfront? The 2 lots near Boost has closed down. Same with cosway.

Wrong food. Rakuzen has been here for 9yrs. Still goin strong. Bluefire grp gotten 2nd brand. Kluang station allowed ppsb to keep increasing rental. Coffee bean oso same.

any idea if got any unit at 1000sqft for FnB around RM5-6K ? Ground

Grd units all above 2ksf. Even 1st flr oso above 1ksf.

Thats quite big. Do ppsb run kiosk inside ?

sorry, RM5/6k for half shop also kind of too low rental. may be 10k each If I were to rent half a lot.
