No lobang. Just go buy... I just got my 18-200vr today... All in all, my investment very expensive... RM5900 for everything including accessories. Sigh.

Yeah, it's worth around RM600-850 depending on condition & how desperate the buyer is.

Personally tho, I'd keep the DX 18-70 and actually pass on the DX 18-200. I'm not a huge fan of high-power zooms, but having one in the bag is convenient when you just want to travel with one lens.

ahh...D50 or D70s ??? well... if its me, i will start out with a D50 and then.... upgrade to a D200. The difference between D50 - D70s is minimal.

Ah... the 18-200VR...i have contemplated into getting 1 before, but... the old saying is, Optically compromised. So what have I done, I have broken it down to shorter focal lengths and still happy with it. Why not, keep the money and get a comfiguration like for example, Sigma 10-20mm, 24-120VR and a 70-200 f2.8 or 80-200 f2.8???? that would be excellent !!! im only missing out on my... 70-200 F2.8....aarrgghhh i need to print money !!! hehehe

The dark side is strong. I made a mistake earlier saying that boeing quoted me RM2400 for the d50. Actually, they quoted RM3400 for the d70s. So the price difference is RM1000.

For low light shots, you really need a fast lens like f2.8, unless of course you have front row seats.

So where do u get RM2400 for D50? at Boieng?

Yeap, I would say the D70 is a better buy than the D50 - partly because the DX 18-70 makes it all worth it.

use the D50 for now lo tongue.gif if now jual oso rugi gila (same goes to the rest of the camera...sure rugi at least RM400-500 sweat.gif )

D50 is quite good enough actually...just the starting lens a bit sueh...still okla cos atleast still can shoot wide angle smile.gif anyway the outcome of the photo still depends on the user n the lens biggrin.gif
