went shopping at ayer@8 this evening and I saw at least 5 stories are already up. went to PJH the other day and the rep said the new contractor will build phase 1 and phase 2 simultaneously to speed up the project.

SHIT.. delayed? what does it meant "day to day at the rate of ten percent of the purchase price"? how to calculate. .hope someone can explains..

It means that the vendor is liable to pay you an annual late payment interest at 10% of the purchase price.
If the purchase price is, say, RM500 000, you are entitled to RM 50 000 for each year of delay.
For each day of delay you are entitled to RM136.99.

The developer will pay you based on the number of days delayed and not on annual, monthly or weekly basis.

not even enough to cover the 6% of the monthly rental..

Of course a bit higher than that to cover initial loan n insurance fee..Condo around Putrajaya for 1200sqft now is reaching RM800k, crazy.

Confirmed delay for at least 1 year (2017 completion ). Current progress around 30%. Pic as early June. 11th floor already

Yup, can. PJH will pay 10% from unit price, annually if not mistaken.

good to see that tamara residence progressing well week by week
hope even they change the new subcontractor the qualities of the units not affected (as PJH known to develop a top qualities houses)
but until now still undecided wheter to stay or to re-sale my unit..any idea what is the estimated proce for tamara when its completed??

PJH customer relations very bad la.. when ask about tamara no reply.. shame on them as Petronas subsdiary.. more like Felda subs.

Mine is 10% downpayment+10%+15%
