Invest shall open and not put in race factor. I visited presint 8 last few week, it look very great and the environment for own stay is 5 star. Especially the coming soon commercial hub at there and I believe it will be great in coming few years.

So far as I understand all development by PUTRAJaya holding don hav bumi allocation unit, mean no bumi discount. Maybe I'm wrong. The 15% discount is for all petronas staff (bumi n non bumi).

The main income for PUTRAJaya holding is from rental collection from govt for all the kementerian n agencies HQ building. However, all have completed n not more new building for govt. Mean no addtional rental coming in as a result no more new building for govt. That y now PUTRAJaya holding start looking private company to join and more commercial hub will coming. Presint 8 is one of it and presint 15 too. Location of presint 8 it is just beside cyberjaya n it is surrounded with few universities. For example, MMU, lim kok WENG, CUCMS & TM institution in cyberjaya and HerIot Watt in PUTRAJaya. Besides that, Cancer institution & hospital also just nearby to presint 8 which mean more expert n proffesional coming in. The infrastructure in PUTRAJaya is really perfect, Public transport got ERL straight to KL town n the distance is less than 2km from presint 8 & coming soon MRT n monorail maybe. With MEX highway driving to KL town is less than 30 mins. The best is the lake view with all beautiful bridges laugh.gif . Just my thought.

Ya, putrajaya life is abit too bored. This is Govt servant life. Hope cyberjaya will be more happening in coming few year, than can look for nightlife at cyberjaya lol.

Beautiful lake view is the wining point for PUTRAJaya township. Even cyberjaya also showing photo tangkap gambar PUTRAJaya lake as selling point.. Hehehe... Correct?

I reckon that the landscaping and maintenance of those landscaping are even 10x better than Cyber. Do drive around and see+feel it for yourself the tranquility.  The basic amenities are sufficient, just that of course commercial activities are different than KL or other places that we are used to (no roadside stalls, no illegal bussiness, etc).
