I'm not buying PJH property....price is so crazy..AURA project is about rm700/sqft!!

For investment not good but for ownstay i will recommend..the surounding area is nice...

But other project under projek sakit...

wow 700/sqft .. I just look the tread Tamara is 400-500/sqft ..I thought Aura should increase by 20% the most .. Does anyone know any unit available for Tamara .. sent email to PJH no reply .. call the general line no one picking up the phone

Apparently Aura Residence was advertised as exclusive low-density development by PJH...although the location is much more inferior than Tamara. Putrajaya property is actually good for both ownstay and investment as the infrastructure and landscaping is definitely impressive. It is not good for flipper though.

If not mistaken Tamara already sold-out. It will be better to go personally to PJH Marketing Suite and check yourself if you are interested to purchase PJH property.

Any news on this property? Projeck sakit means what? Bought one too but only got 10% completion letter so far block A. Does that means the completion estimated 2018?

Means that the development progress is behind schedule. If not mistaken the main contractor has already been changed by PJH to rectify this. The new contractor now catching-up with the construction.

haha okay thank you mr. deed. as share by mr. tangent i see some 2018 date, is it the new expected completion date?

If late compensation is claimed how and for what amount? will it be promptly paid? im sorry first time buyer haha. really was hoping for the original 2016 date, tired of renting house. but that means loan gonna start kick in in 2016 also still correct?

I had a meeting with PJH today, and they said that the project would be delayed at least 1 year. According to the S&P agreement the vendor will compensate;

What do they mean by "day to day at the rate of ten percent of the purchase price"?
